Membership

When can I start using the membership?

At least 4 hours after payment.

Can I share the membership with others?
The VIP membership is personal and cannot be shared with others.

Can I pause the membership?
Unfortunately, you can cancel the membership and buy a new one when needed.
 

What does the VIP membership include? 

It is important that you inform us when you want to make use of the benefits each time you book a treatment so that we can set aside time or prepare for this.

  • 15% discount on all treatments not on offer or package offer.

  • 10% discount on all products not on offer or in campaign.

  • Gift on your birthday. Must be picked up on the day itself. If we are closed, you must come the day before or after. Remember identification.

  • Free SkinCheck treatment every 3 months. Must be booked in advance. 

  • Free brow styling when you book a facial.

  • Free upgrade to Aviva Signature wrap when you book Body sauna, wrap and peel. 

  • Free Fire and Ice facial treatment every 6 months.

How do I pay?

When you have purchased VIP membership, you will be automatically deducted for DKK 39 every month. The payment is for the next upcoming

month.

How do I cancel the membership? 

Membership can be canceled by logging into your profile. Press 'Cancel subscription' or contact your bank to stop future payments. Termination takes effect after the full paid month has passed.
